I recently used the services of The empress group, uk and I must say it was an average experience. The website taxara.nl was not very user-friendly and it took me a while to find the information I needed. The customer service was also just average, nothing exceptional. However, the staff was polite and I did get the job done. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
