I had a mixed experience at Imperial Springs. While the location and scenery were beautiful, the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, and the food was mediocre at best. The rooms were decent but lacked attention to detail. Overall, I expected more from such a highly rated resort. It was an average experience, nothing exceptional.
