Does anyone want to work and do their job in Northumbria police?

Try the Northumbria police complaints department. What a waste of space that lot are. Lazy and incompitant bunch that make up excuses not to investigate bad behaviour and then defend police conduct that breaks their own codes of conduct. I realy dont know why i pay my taxes as this organisation is like a third world police force which seems to have the same amount of unprofesional and corrupt behaviour occurring within it.
