I recently booked a trip with SN Travel and it was a mixed experience. The website was easy to use and had good options to choose from. However, the customer service was lacking, with unhelpful agents who didn't seem knowledgeable. The trip itself had some issues, but overall it was satisfactory. I may consider using SN Travel again in the future, but I would hope for better customer service.
