The only reason why I gave this restaurant an extra star because the first time we went to this restaurant on the second day here, the service was excellent. Before I go review, we traveled all the way from Maryland and this place was top on our list to hit up, the second day we felt disrespected and experienced unprofessionalism at it's best from the gentleman who is the host. We reserved our spot online while we were in the parking lot, we was third in line. After I saw that we were third in line, I get out to walk inside the restaurant to let the host know that we were here as a courtesy thing. From the car to the door was maybe less than 10 ft, I get another message saying that our table will be ready in a few minutes. So when I get inside I told the host my name and my party number (3) he said the wait will be about an hour, I then told him I reserved my spot online and I just got a notification that my table will be ready and before I could even finish my sentence he interrupted me and said the wait is over an hour, I then said again I got a notification saying my table will be ready in a few minutes. He then looked at the screen and then said, well I have sat everyone in the restaurant, the wait is about an hr, I can send you a text when your table is ready. I declined and walked out. The impression that I recieved since he was rude from the start, is that he sat someone in our spot and did not want to admit he was wrong, if he admitted to it we would of brushed it off and stayed but his attitude turned me off. I will be back in Atlanta, hopefully when I return the other location will be open so I will not have to experience that again.
