I bought my wife a "Shellac Polish on Feet with Deluxe Pedicure" for her birthday. She came home after and said they didn't seem to know what they were doing. I then noticed she hadn't had the shellac polish done (she was unaware of what the voucher was for as it was a surprise). I contacted Beauty Works and was first told Shellac wasn't included (I showed the conformation email with it specifically stated), then they said I had a discount to not have it done (again I provided proof I had not). Finally I was told it had been offered to my wife but she had turned it down! Basically they told me she was lying and refused any compensation or even an apology.
