Watson Pools INC is an average company. I had my pool installed by them last year and overall, the experience was satisfactory. The pool looks fine and the quality seems decent. However, their customer service could have been better. It took longer than expected to get a response whenever I had a query or concern. I hope they can improve in this aspect.
