When you mail, you simply receive no response, and when you call, you are requested to send an email with information ... which you will not receive afterwards. Not even if you have clearly stated several times that you have a rather acute problem that needs to be resolved urgently.

This company apparently does not want to invest energy in things that do not immediately generate a lot of money. That the economic recovery in the construction world has a rather ugly downside, I have seen at several construction companies lately, but I have never experienced it as shocking as with TEHA.
