Very bad site in my opinion. November 29 ordered a jacket which to date has still not been sent from Winkelstraat.

Several times had contact with shopping street in the meantime. Here I was told that the jacket was delivered December 9, December 10 at the latest. (is now 11dec)

Yesterday contacted again and had a conversation with customer service. He told me they were going after it and would send me an email (not happened). Then luckily from another customer service colleague WAS received an email after calling again.

He told me that the jacket was not present in the boutique, and that it might not be delivered there tomorrow. I will probably also wait a little while for this ..

In short, very poor service, and a ridiculous delivery time. Especially when there is promotion with a delivery time of 'ordered today before 16:00, delivered tomorrow'. Despite the black friday crowds, 2 weeks is way too long.

I would therefore 100% consider ordering on a different website, as the service and delivery time are so bad if you are unlucky. 1 star

EDIT: And the standard stupid reaction of Winkelstraat to the Googlereviews is anything but behulmzaa. 'Send a mail' ... you will not receive a reply
