I recently started yoga and found Shut up & yoga through a friend's recommendation. I have to say, the classes are incredible. The instructors are so supportive and helpful, and the studio has a great energy. I feel so refreshed and empowered after each class. Definitely worth checking out if you're new to yoga or even an experienced yogi.
