I recently stayed at the Sheraton Brooklyn New York Hotel and I had a very average experience. The room was clean and comfortable, but the service was lacking. The staff seemed unresponsive and not very friendly. The hotel amenities were also nothing special. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a great experience, but it wasn't terrible either.
