Staff at the hotel were very apathetic, with the exception of one supervisor. It was a friend's birthday and everything seemed to keep going wrong. Our television was broken almost the entire stay, buffet was closed, room was sub par. We were comped buffet on our last day. But it just didn't feel like enough to off set the experience.
