Good food and drink. Whole experience was ruined by restaurant trying to screw me on exchange rate.
Waiter told me AMEX machine won't let them bill in pasoes only dollars at the exchange rate of 17:1.

Total lies. I've traveled the world and never experienced this. Restaurant is greedy and trying to make up credit card free by screwing customers.
