I recently attended yoga classes at riseyogaforyouth.org and I must say, it was a great experience. The instructors were fantastic, guiding us through the poses with ease. I really liked the positive and supportive atmosphere in the studio. The classes were well-structured and I learned a lot. Highly recommended!
