Videra Health has been a disappointment for me. While their website is decent and offers some useful features, I found the overall service to be lacking. The response time was slow and the doctors didn't seem very knowledgeable or attentive. I expected more from a healthcare provider. I am now looking for an alternative that can offer a better experience.
