I have been a customer of Nowals for quite some time now and I have to say that their service is average at best. The prices are reasonable but the quality of their products is not consistent. Sometimes I receive items that are damaged or of poor quality. The delivery is usually on time, but there have been a few instances where it was delayed. Overall, I'm not overly impressed with Nowals.
