We have been here for almost 4 months and so far our experience has been phenomenal. It is a very well maintained apartment complex and whatever maintenance issues we had with our apartment they were addressed immediately and properly. I love their facilities, two swimming pools, well equipped fitness center, private movie theater and an impressive clubhouse. I have had a pleasant friendly experience with a few other tenants living in this complex and most of them are very nice . Another great attribute of this place is that it s close to almost everything. Beach is only 10 minutes away. It s a perfect place for families to rent an apartment.
