We had all the windows and patio slider replaced in our 2-story home. Mike, Sergey, & Vasil were spectacular--very efficient, competent, conscientious, protective of property inside and out, and left everything very clean. They kept us informed of their plans, walked us through how the windows work, and the installation took less than 2 days; they worked very hard and long hours. There was a small piece that came broken from the factory and Mike immediately ordered a new one; I would have never known it was broken, and it could have been very easily ignored...but it wasn't. Happy with the look of the windows, how they function, and the workmanship. Thanks to Mike, Sergey, & Vasil!
