My experience with TAL Education Group has been mixed. While some aspects of their services are satisfactory, there are areas that need improvement. The course content and the instructors' knowledge are decent, but the platform can be a bit confusing to navigate. The customer support team is helpful, but sometimes it takes longer to get a response. Overall, I think TAL Education Group has the potential to be better, but there are certainly areas that need refinement.
