I've been attending classes at the yoga studio located on [Address] and the experience has been life-changing. The instructors are phenomenal and have helped me progress in my yoga practice beyond what I thought was possible. The classes are well-structured and provide a perfect mix of challenge and relaxation. I can't recommend Katonah yoga nyc enough!
