I love Henne. I am not a person who can afford much, if anything, they sell. But I go in almost every time I m in Shadyside to get my rings cleaned and inspected, and look, and hope one day I ll be able to afford more. (I had my engagement ring reset there, years back. And following the death of my grandma I received some money, some of which I used to buy a diamond necklace. My husband got his wedding ring there. ) That s the extent of what I ve purchased at Henne over 11 years time. Not much. Yet every single time I go in, William greets me as if I were single handily keeping them in business! He is so so so nice! I feel important, I feel good. I look forward to seeing him and browsing. He is genuinely a good guy, so easy and nice to deal with. I highly recommend William! And Henne, you better believe when I am in the market for a nice piece of jewelry again, you will be my first and only stop because of how well you have always treated me. Thank you.
