I live in Milano. But my roots are Jordanian. I go back to Jordan for two reasons; one of them is to go Kempinski Ishtar Dead Sea! Hands down it s the best. I ve been there like 20 times now and their service keeps getting better and better. Big thank you to Farah Mikha eel for being very tentative, helpful and very patient, also for taking very fast actions toward anything we wished for. I m not going to describe how great rooms, swimming pool and hyphens and facilities are cause that s can be seen thru pics, vids and social media posts everywhere. What makes go back there is definitely the service! One of the thing I noticed too is that most of the staff have been working there for over 5 years now and every time I go there they greet me by name! How great is that! And this says so much about the hotel management too.
