I am a customer of Pulse Energy and I have to say that their services are average. The customer support is usually responsive but sometimes they take longer to resolve issues. The billing process is smooth and I have never faced any issues with it. However, I feel like their prices are higher compared to other energy providers. I would recommend them if you want a reliable service but keep in mind the higher prices.
