I recently dined at Byrds Barbeque and it was a solid BBQ experience. The ribs were good, although not as tender as I expected. The pulled pork was flavorful, and the mac and cheese was decent. The coleslaw could use a bit more seasoning. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and the service was friendly.
