The experience with Iris Sensors was average. The product was okay, but nothing exceptional. It did what it was supposed to do, but I wasn't wowed by it. The customer service was decent, but I've had better experiences with other companies. Overall, I would say it's an okay option if you're looking for a basic sensor, but there might be better ones out there.
