I had an average experience with Afisha Media Group. The website rusac.com was easy to use and had a lot of useful information. However, the customer service was lacking. It took them quite a while to respond to my inquiries and when they finally did, their answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would say that my experience with Afisha Media Group was satisfactory.
