We just closed on our 1st home Monday. We started out trying to finance through NFCU but switched to Mortgage Trust almost 3 weeks in for many reasons. They closed our loan in less than 4 weeks from the day they got it! Incredible! Alisha was our mortgage processor and I am so glad she was! Alisha was thorough, quick to respond, knowledgeable and patient....I am OCD and a worry wart so patience is key! As you can imagine, she had a heavy workload right at the holidays and stayed late many nights working on our file. Throughout the entire process, I felt like our mortgage file had her complete attention as if she had no other files to work on. Which I know wasn't the case. As most do, we had so many deadlines to meet and throw in our own personal deadlines and she made it happen... we closed the exact day we were quoted in the beginning of this process and from what I've seen that is almost unheard of! I am so thankful for the entire team at Mortgage Trust and would highly recommend them for your real estate transactions!
