I have been a CUSTOMER of Stericycle gxp for a few years now, and I must say, my experience with them has been average. The services they provide are satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement. The customer support team is responsive, but sometimes the wait time can be a bit long. Overall, I would give them 3 out of 5 stars.
