I had mixed feelings about Makeit creative experiences. The website was well-designed and easy to use, but the customer service left much to be desired. I encountered some issues while placing my order, and the representatives weren't very helpful in resolving them. However, once I received my product, I was impressed with the quality. Overall, it was an average experience.
