Compass project management, inc. is an average company. I have been working with them for the past year and overall, it has been a decent experience. The work environment is pleasant, and my colleagues are friendly and supportive. However, there have been times when the management has been lacking in communication and organization. The pay is average, and the benefits package is decent. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
