I recently joined a glass manufacturing firm, and I'm really impressed with the work environment. The colleagues are friendly and helpful, and the management is supportive. The company provides good training and growth opportunities. The only area that needs improvement is the communication between departments. Nevertheless, I am happy to be a part of this company! 😃
