I recently booked a trip to Brazil through Universal Travel and I must say it was an average experience. The website, travel2brazil.com, was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I was not impressed with the customer service. The staff was not very helpful and seemed disinterested. Overall, it was an okay experience.
