I went in for my 2017 Tundra for it's scheduled maintenance. Lance Johnson was my service adviser. Lance was very informative and patient, when I got upset that my alarm didn't work when I picked up my truck Lance first told me they noticed it didn't work when I brought it in. I was let's say not happy. Lance took my truck straight back to get looked at, came back and told me they were going to take care of it and they did. Lance was very professional and polite the whole time even when I was upset. He defused the situation. He not only fixed the alarm problem but I had a small scratch on one of my fender flairs that I did myself and was angry at myself about. Lance came out with some stuff I think it was called scratch off. Now you can't even find where I scratched it. Lance made my visit a positive experience. Sun Toyota is very Blessed to have employees like Lance. This is why I only go to Sun Toyota to get my truck worked on. I hope to have Lance as my service adviser every time I go back. Thank You Very Much for all you guys do!!
