Drove out quite a distance from where I live because they had a make and model I wanted and because of their "come test drive and get a gift card" promotion. The salesperson that took us out for a test drive was on his phone the whole time and barely answered our questions. We went inside to fill out a form so that we could get the gift card as promised for doing a test drive, which by the way we never received in the mail after Jason said it would be mailed to us. Once inside he got extremely pushy, more than any sales folks I've interacted with. All of the sudden he was more interested in the customer. It was to a point that I was uncomfortable and decided to buy somewhere else. He had no respect for our time, we said we had to make a dinner reservation he kept dragging out the "gift card paperwork" saying he had an issue printing it and made us late. When we finally said we had to go, he magically got the issue fixed. But no gift card ever arrived. Why offer a promotion and not bother following through? Maybe if we had good service we would've returned. Instead, we received a slew of aggravating and pushy text messages after we left. Like I mentioned before, we decided to buy somewhere else from someone who was much more pleasant to deal with and treated us with respect.
