As a customer, I recently had an average experience with a German IT company. The company's website was easy to navigate, and they had a wide range of IT services available. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. When I reached out for assistance, it took quite some time for them to respond and the communication was not very helpful. The technicians were knowledgeable, but their response time was slow. Moreover, their pricing was a bit on the higher side compared to other IT companies I have encountered. Additionally, I was not pleased with the overall timeliness of the service provided. It took longer than expected for my issue to be resolved. While the company offers a decent range of services, the average customer service, sluggish response time, and high pricing may make me consider exploring other options in the future.
