As a customer, my experience with this company was average. While their website is well-organized and informative, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. The response time to inquiries was slower than I expected, and the communication could have been more proactive. Additionally, the product delivery took longer than anticipated, which was a bit disappointing. On a positive note, the quality of the product itself was satisfactory and met my expectations. However, I believe there is definitely room for improvement in the customer service aspect. Overall, the experience was average, and I hope the company can work on enhancing their customer communication and service for a better experience in the future.
