As a prospective tenant, I found the process of searching for a new rental property on the website to be quite convenient. The search filters were helpful in narrowing down options, and the property descriptions were detailed. However, I encountered some issues with the responsiveness of the customer service team when I had inquiries about the available units. It took longer than expected to receive a response, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, I noticed that some of the property listings lacked updated images, making it difficult to visualize the current condition of the units. Overall, the website offers a good platform for property search, but improvements in customer communication and updated listings would enhance the user experience. 👍
