As a customer, I found the overall experience with this company to be satisfactory. The website is user-friendly and provides a good amount of information. 😊 However, I did feel that there could be more transparency in the pricing, as there were some hidden costs that I only found out about later. Communication with the staff was generally good, but there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times for a response. 😕 In terms of service quality, it was average, and I believe there is room for improvement in providing more personalized care. Despite these drawbacks, the company does have potential and with some enhancements, it could offer a better customer experience.
