This is my first doctor office review and I'm doing it because it was an outstanding experience, but it only has a 3/5 rating on here... I believe this has something to do with it being combined with a cosmetics office that might not be super great. I've never been there.

Regarding the Dermatology office, I can say it is the best dermatology experience I have ever had. The facilities are clean and the staff is very friendly. I have been there many times and haven't had a fee beyond the typical specialist co-pay my insurance has required.

Michael Keene is by far the best doctor I have ever been treated by. He is very personable and makes every effort to make you feel comfortable. I have seen him for two issues. Both issues I had been to two separate doctors before finally going to Michael. Those four doctors gave either incorrect diagnosis or ineffective treatment. But as soon as Michael saw the symptoms, he knew exactly what it was, how to treat it, and how to stop the source problem. I have never been this impressed before with a doctor.
