I have been a customer of Campbell Specialty CO INC for several years now and I must say that they provide an average service. The quality of their products is good but they lack in terms of customer support. There have been instances when I faced issues with their products and it was really frustrating to get them resolved. Their response time is also quite long which makes it difficult to get timely assistance. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
