I have used this shuttle for years and I am highly disappointed with the last interaction with Go Airport shuttle. I made my reservation 2 days in advance and when it came time to pick on the day of my flight, I was contacted 40 mins before pick up to advise me that they were sending a cab because they didn't have any other passengers at the time. I was flabbergasted. I asked why didn't they call me 24 hrs in advance like they require for reservations, I was told they were calling me now. I was also told they were doing me a courtesy by calling a cab and did I want it or not. Can you believe how unprofessional that is. After reading the comments of the reviews maybe they are under new management however they are providing horrible service. I will never use them again. Since I didn't have time to really prepare I contacted LYFT.
