A patient recently transferred to my practice from Regency having moved town, and he brought all of his clinical notes with him for me to see.
From one chiropractor to another, I must commend the fantastic job! Their examination, explanation and treatment has all been very clear and thorough.
This patient was very pleased with the care he had received and results he had achieved, and I was very pleased for the clarity of the notes so I may continue his care for him in the way that suits his needs best.
