Flying from BA to London Heathrow departing from Bologna on December 28th and returning on January 6th. Another bad experience. Although I had booked P4 parking three months in advance, because it was impossible to enter without prebooking, the latter was full, dirty. Rude staff. I asked them to leave their luggage at the entrance but they answered with a wave of indifference and a miserable ... at your own risk ... The shuttle waited almost 20 minutes before leaving. Slow security check and the gates area for extra UE faces (London, Dubai, Moscow, etc.) is really small with no seating. Row for the very expensive bar and with uninhabited staff ... At the arrival baggage delivery slow ... Too much undersized ...
