The room itself, bathroom, cupboards are quite big...

The room itself, bathroom, cupboards are quite big, and all what a guest need is readily available (iron set, hair dryer, all care kits.. etc)

BUT... For a 5 stars hotel there were many negative things that caught my attention, to begin with they don't have an underground parking, and even worse you cannot access their open parking lot with your room access card.

Second, when I first entered the room I was struck with a strong moldy and humid smell. The AC control unit is broken.

Also, all their king size beds are two single beds put together, which I came to know when I woke up in the middle of the night with my back sinking in the gap between them. Minor thing was the night lamp, it was not as well working.

Had I known that instead of enjoying my stay in a 5 stars hotel I will have to deal with all of that I wouldn't have booked here.
