I recently attended a class at Aquaphysical, and it was absolutely amazing! The aquabase board workout pushes you to new limits, challenging both your body and mind. The instructors were outstanding, providing a supportive and motivating atmosphere. Exercising on water was a refreshing and invigorating experience. I left the class feeling energized and accomplished. Highly recommend Aquaphysical to anyone looking for an innovative and effective workout!
