Riley's Garden Centre is well situated along Bath Road to keep it busy through spring, summer and fall. Spring is especially busy and you often see a police car parked in front with its lights flashing to control the congestion. There are only about ten parking spaces in front of Riley's.

Be aware of the no-parking signs on either side of Riley's and on the other side of Bath Road. They are there to prevent the congestion in busy periods spilling out on to the road. If you park in a no-parking space because someone is already in another no-parking space, both will be ticketed when a police vehicle comes by. The only parking outside of Riley's is the plaza on the north east corner of Bath and Collins Bay Roads to the west and the No Frills Supermarket parking lot to the east.

December is another busy time when the plants disappear from the shop and greenhouse. Available instead are Christmas trees and gifts. We always purchase an 8-10 balsam fir and the fragrance of the fresh cut tree pervades our house.
