We have mold problems and from talking to other current and past tenants this is not an isolated incident. We have talked with the company three times about fixing the mold issues and only once did they actually fix something. Now there are only four locations in our two bedroom of mold growing.
If you rent through Candlewood just know, they don't like you.

Update on Candlewood review:

Yes. There was one spot in which your company repaired. That spot was one single closet. That did not account for any of the other places including the window sills, patio door, other wall in the second bedroom, and later the toilet and the kitchen closet. The building inspector gave the okay after explaining to you guys that the fan in the bathroom needed to be replaced and that various other work needed to be done. I know because I was present when she came back. Additionally, I'm not surprised that you failed to mention that someone came in the morning of to make sure that everything looked decent for when she arrived. Not only are the apartments built very poorly, but shame on you guys for creating such a dishonest atmosphere. Your reviews strictly blame tenants for issues that are not always their fault and I hope everyone who reads these reviews sees a theme as I have.
P.S: I will not remove this review as your team has asked because the information is still relevant to anyone who rents through you. I would suggest that Candlewood as a whole becomes not only more professional, but more honest. Thanks.
