I have just spent the night at the Folkstone Britannia hotel and it absolutely disgusting! I have never stayed any where as filthy and disorganized.

There was no social distancing and the staff where rude and no help!

Our room was not sanitised and the sticker that should have been placed over the key fob was town and stuck to the wall.

The lifts where filthy and the smell of the hotel was disgusting...

We paid for breakfast but the breakfast room was horrid with food all over the floor!

This is completely unacceptable especially with ongoing coronviruis crisis. This hotel is a breeding ground for it!!!!
