I had an average experience with Bellevue Crossroads Florist LLC. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of flowers. However, the customer service was lacking. The person who answered the phone was not very helpful or friendly. The flowers arrived on time, but they were not as fresh as I had hoped. Overall, it was an okay experience.
