I went to the Towson location when I was in my early teens, it was awful. The group therapiat yelled at us and put words in our mouths, downplaying and treating our emotions as whining about our lives. The lady working my case told me I "didn't mean the things i said" essentially accusing me of lying about my mental health. I went in as a scared, young teen and left even more afraid of seeking treatment. It gave me ptsd that took years to begin healing from. Often times group therapy didn't even involve therapy, instead having us run around on our own in the gymnasium or making us play dance dance revolution of all things.

My mom confided in me that no one was willing to tell her about treatment or my wellbeing, leaving her in the dark. I was 12 at most. Do not take your kids here. Two of my best friends went here and had the same awful experiences
